Hypothetical and subject to review: SovereignBuild is a fintech-meets-philtech platform that integrates a proprietary Donor-Advised Fund pipeline into a personal investment brokerage dashboard to fund civic infrastructure. The platform utilizes a micro-DAF model and tax-optimizing asset transfers to pursue an estimated net systemic savings opportunity or impact, first featuring an endowment build for ending unsheltered homelessness with a Treatment First model, designed to pursue wrap-around services that may be eligible for HUD support, subject to program rules. Decisions about any sovereign wealth fund related to tax credits would depend on collaboration, market research, legal review, and applicable governmental rules.
We move beyond traditional charity by establishing a perpetual endowment. By pairing shelter with treatment, and using micro-DAFs to democratize giving, we ensure long-term, reliable funding for humanitarian causes, starting with the housing crisis and expanding to vital public sectors.
